Monthly Pending

Pending pipeline by stage. Counts the Pending population (Pending - Open, Recruiting/Sourcing, Hire Identified) sliced into progressive stages. Click a stage to drill to its records. Note: Security Package and SISC Cleared dates are lightly populated today, so those stages read low until the fields fill in routine use.

Separations

All separated personnel (Staffing Status = Separated). The matrix counts separations by the calendar year and quarter of the Last Day. Click a matrix cell to drill the roster to that quarter; click a row to open the record.

QC: Duplicate TO

Task Order numbers that appear on more than one record. Click a TO# in the summary to isolate just those records. Note: a rejected TO and its resubmission can legitimately share a TO# (rejected records do not consume a TO# slot), so a flagged pair is not always a data error — it is a prompt to review.

Backfill Metrics

TO Line Category mix across the contract, and backfill volume by position. Backfills are Task Orders replacing an existing position; New are net-new positions.

Separations bucketed by the calendar year and quarter of the Last Day, with volume by position and by primary reason. Note: the Primary Reason field is sparsely populated today, so most separations show as “Missing Reason” — the reasons chart is currently as much a data-quality signal as a metric.

Candidate roster with processing-stage metrics. Click a name in the entries summary to filter the roster. Note: the security-stage metrics (Time In Security, Time In USPIS Security, Screen → Out USPIS Security) read empty because the candidate security dates are not yet populated; the source report shows 999 there, which is a known DAX artifact and is not reproduced.
